Fees:

 

The fee structure is flexible and is dependent upon the scope and the requirements of the participants wishing to mediate. 

 

A dispute resolution assessment meeting (DRAM) is offered prior to agreeing to mediate. This is a free service where each participant will have up to one hour private and confidential telephone consultation to obtain brief details of the dispute and determine if mediation is appropriate.  DRAM will also ascertain if a face-to-face joint mediation is required in person or online conference call. Alternatively, telephone shuttle mediation can take place at mutually convenient times period with each participant and the mediator.

 

The fees quoted to you will be the total fees you will be asked to pay for the mediator’s services. There are no additional booking or administration fees. VAT excluded.

Mediation fees will be paid within 10 days of the mediation date.

 

SUBJECT TO PRIOR AGREEMENT - any travel expenses and office hire charges will be at cost and divided equally between the parties.

Mediation fees will be paid within 10 days of the mediation date.

 

Cancellation:

 

If any party cancels the mediation, the following proportion of the fees will be payable by each party:

       If the cancellation is made two or less working days before the date of the Mediation, the full fee; or 

       If the cancellation is made three to five working days before the date of the Mediation, 50% the full fee; or 

       If the cancellation is made six to ten working days before the date of the Mediation, 25% of the full fee. 

 

In each case without prejudice to a party’s right to recover such sums from any party it may consider to be at fault for the cancellation.
